DooFlix APK (apkdflix.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

This page explains how to submit a takedown notice if you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe content was removed in error.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner — or authorized to act on one’s behalf — and believe material on apkdflix.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact below. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), it must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list, if several works are involved).
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it — ideally the exact page URL(s) on apkdflix.com.
  4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices missing any of these elements may take longer to process, or may not be actionable.

We aim to review valid notices within 5–7 business days and will remove or disable access to material we determine, in good faith, to be infringing.

Counter-Notification

If material was removed because of a DMCA notice and you believe this happened by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared on the site before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or, outside the U.S., any district where apkdflix.com may be found), and that you’ll accept service of process from the original notice sender.

Send counter-notices to the same address above. On receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action first.

Repeat Infringement

Material identified as infringing through a valid, unrebutted notice will be removed or have access disabled. We reserve the right to restrict access to the site for sources associated with repeated, substantiated infringement claims.

Important Note

This policy explains how copyright complaints are handled — it isn’t a determination that any specific content is or isn’t infringing. Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice can expose the filer to liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
